With God, there is clarity. When we hand Him my everything, there is peace. When we don’t know the way, we find our direction in Him. When our hearts are unsettled, we find Him to be our firm foundation. When life seems meaningless, in Him, we find all purpose.
I see God caring for my children and providing for us in our home. I see God guiding my thoughts and writing a story I long to read. I don’t worry about the future or forever, because I trust Him with my everything.
God can be this for each of us.
He longs to be your security and your peace. You can hand Him the reins to your soul, give Him the leadership of your life, and tell Him you want to follow.
If you want to hear His voice, read His word, and if you don’t seem to hear anything, keep reading and asking God to show Himself to you.
Look for Him in every moment of your day. Ask Him to allow you to notice what He is saying, and then when you get that nudge, do what He says, every day forever.
God is patient, and He is kind. He is worth our everything, and when we have handed Him all things, we will find ourselves carried and free. Freedom we never knew existed but were created to live in forever.
This isn’t just something that works for me. Life with God where our sin (no matter what yours is) is covered by the blood of Jesus and we are set free to live in communion with the creator of all things until we are released to an uncomparable eternity-that is available for all of us.
If this stirs in your heart, accept the invitation. You were made for this. Forever.
Holy Holy God, we ask you for courage and clarity. Jesus be our teacher, teach us what life with you looks like. God court our souls would we say yes and begin this journey of following you. We want to love you. Compel us to love and worship you forever.
