Okay, here’s the deal. You have everything you need to make it through tomorrow, but it’s not pacing yourself that is going to make the difference, it’s placing yourself…placing yourself in the hands of your God, asking Him to carry you.
Close your eyes and picture God’s open hands, kind, loving, and accepting of all of you. Visualize His power gently coming like loving light from them. Picture yourself walking into and sitting in the hands of your God. Ask Him to carry you through this weekend. Stay with that thought for a minute so that when things get hectic you can go back to that picture.
That is the gal you can be this Thanksgiving…the one who is carried, the gal who has everything she needs because she is resting in the hands of her God…feet ready, heart carried.
His capacity, plus our willingness, equals abundance…and that is something to be grateful for.
